TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS OF OBTAINING BIODEGRADABLE FILMS FOR THE NEEDS OF AGRICULTURE

Abstract

The extrusion equipment, its operating principle, the technological process of obtaining biodegradable polymer films with account of the melt flow index are considered.

The experimental data obtained allow us to conclude that the quantitative content of starch in the composition is no more than 20–25 %. When filling with starch over 25 %, agglomerates of filler particles are formed, which leads to significant changes in the technological properties of composite materials, and also worsens the possibility of their processing on existing equipment.

Based on the results of the research, recommendations for obtaining biodegradable films are presented.
