WAYS TO IMPROVE THE CLEANING PROCESS OF MILK COOLERS
Abstract
The review of the existing technology and the used technical solutions for cleaning the inner surfaces of the milk cooler tank is carried out. The direction of improving the process of washing milk cooler containers by increasing the mechanical effect of a jet of washing solution on milk pollution is proposed.
