THE BASIC TERMINOLOGY OF ENGINEERING DESIGN, BASED ON A BIOLOGICAL APPROACH

Abstract

The article is devoted to general issues of methodology (strategy) of transferring solutions from biology to engineering to solve specific technical problems. In the article, based on acquaintance with foreign works, existing standards and open online resources, a review of the terminology of bionics for its correct application in solving engineering design problems, including in the field of agricultural mechanics, is carried out.
