Abstract

Spectral analysis of oils, which, unlike other diagnostic methods, reveals the dynamics and causes of intensive wear of friction units, is a method of effective in-depth control of machine units and the only method for even early warning of possible malfunctions. And its combination with chemotology is the most effective method for identifying the causes of increased wear of typical friction units of machines and equipment [1-6].
There are several methods of spectral analysis of the composition of substances and a wide variety of devices and installations for this [1-5]. But to control the content of wear products in oils, foreign and domestic installations for emission (radiating) analysis are most optimal, incl. specialized quantum meters from SKB SPEKTR [6].
In emission spectral analysis, the intensity of the emission of light by excited atoms of a substance is determined. And the excitation is provided by burning the substance in an electric arc or by evaporation by a laser beam. Cooling down, the atoms of substances emit light quanta of an individual complex of waves, of which only one, the most informative, wavelength in the range of 0.4-0.7 microns is used for control. The ancestor of this analysis is England (1927), where in the 60s. the production of spectrometers "Hilger" was established, and at the end of the 60s. this analysis is widely used in the USSR [1-3].
The use of such an analysis of oils for diagnosing automotive and transport diesel engines since the 60s has been put forward by the studies of the Central Research Institute of the Ministry of Railways [1] (GOST 20759), TsNIDI, GOSNITI [2], NAMI [3], VNII NP and MADI. In the 80s this analysis began to be applied in large ATP [6].

Abstract

The productivity of adult cattle is directly dependent on the quality of feeding calves during the dairy period. In the first days after birth, the calf can only eat liquid feed, since they only have intestinal digestion, and scarring is only rudimentary. The age of transition from intestinal to gastric digestion can and should be accelerated by introducing plant food into the diet.
It is shown that all vegetable feeds, even leguminous calves, are eaten and increased only within the limit of 20-30 days of age of calves. In world practice, there are many ways of processing grain raw materials in order to increase their digestibility and digestibility at an earlier time, but only after moisture and heat treatment. The effect of heat and moisture on the grain mixture causes biochemical processes in it, as a result of which there is an enzymatic cleavage, dextrinization and a number of other processes and they are converted into more digestible feed. But this is a very energy-intensive and metal-intensive process. For the purpose of processing plant feed into easily digestible, an innovative technology and a set of equipment has been developed that allows preparing easily digestible concentrate for calves of the dairy period.
The developed technology and equipment allow processing any vegetable feed into easily digestible feed, which reduces the time of adaptation of calves to eating vegetable feed, which leads to accelerated development of digestion, due to earlier eating of prepared feed, reducing the consumption of whole milk and increasing weight gain.

Abstract

Death from cattle is directly dependent on the health of the calves during the milky period. In the first days after birth, the calf can only eat liquid feed, because only intestinal digestion works for them, and the cicatricial is only in its infancy. Digestive disorders and the development of dyspepsia in the first days after birth are serious obstacles to the cultivation of healthy young animals.
In this regard, there are various problems associated with the presence of various components in the human body, as well as in storage conditions. The main factors affecting the permanent ingredients are: premix humidity, shelf life, pH and storage temperatures.
Under these conditions, mobile installations of low productivity for the preparation of preventive and therapeutic additives, premixes, feed medicinal mixtures for specific animals and real farms will be a promising and sought-after development.
